Marinade:
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes to taste
- 1 Garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger Freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the marinade:
In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, chopped garlic, grated ginger and sesame oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
