Asian-inspired fillet of beef with ginger & sesame vegetables

Asian-inspired fillet of beef with ginger & sesame vegetables combines tender, juicy roasted fillet of beef with the intense aromas of ginger, soy sauce & roasted sesame seeds. The crunchy vegetables provide a fresh component, while the spicy, fruity sauce ensures a perfect balance between sweetness, acidity and umami.
The ideal wine accompaniment? Fruity, aromatic white wines such as Riesling or Viognier emphasize the exotic notes, while an elegant Pinot Noir is an excellent red wine alternative.
