Kochutensilien
- 1 Schneidebrett & Messer
- 1 Große Schüssel zum Vermengen des Salats
- 1 Kleine Schüssel für das Dressing
- 1 Schneebesen
Zutaten
Für den Salat:
- 1 Handvoll gemischte Kräuter z. B. Petersilie, Koriander, Minze, Dill, Basilikum
- 6 Radieschen in dünne Scheiben geschnitten
- 80 g Feta in kleine Würfel geschnitten
- 1 Handvoll Rucola oder Feldsalat
Für das Zitronendressing:
- 2 EL Olivenöl extra vergine
- 1 TL Zitronensaft frisch gepresst

Zubereitung
